Your Future Teammates

What You'll Do

→ Plan, implement, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google and Meta - building campaigns that align tightly to each brand’s commercial model, margin structure, and financial targets

→ Analyse performance through a financial lens (contribution margin, LTV:CAC, aMER) and deliver clear, insights-driven reporting - written and video - that ties marketing activity directly to P&L outcomes

→ Develop a deep, strategic understanding of your clients’ business models - their constraints, customer dynamics, positioning, economics - and use this to inform creative and investment decisions

→ Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Creative Strategy, and leadership and contribute to a culture of technical and strategic excellence, sharing learnings, frameworks, and failures

→ Own outcomes across your client portfolio, proactively identifying constraints, resolving performance issues, and proposing strategic shifts

→ Prepare for and participate in weekly training sessions with BSD's Lead Strategist to challenge assumptions, review key decisions, and improve client outcomes

→ Engage in regular L&D built around advanced paid media strategy, eCommerce growth levers, data science, and financial modelling for 8-9 figure eCommerce brands

Educators To Our Industry

You're Probably A Fit If...

→ You have 2+ years of hands-on experience running performance campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok

→ You have a proven ability to drive measurable business impact in the eCommerce sector

→ You're confident in interpreting paid performance within a P&L context, not just channel metrics

→ You have experience communicating strategic decisions, trade-offs, and performance insights directly to clients

→ You possess strong analytical skills; able to derive insights that directly inform testing and creative/media decisions

→ You're passionate about performance marketing and committed to helping teammates and clients grow

→ You're comfortable navigating platforms such as Shopify, Merchant Centre, and media measurement tools

Bonus Points

→ Clear grasp of eCommerce unit economics, LTV:CAC dynamics, and how marketing spend impacts margin

→ Exposure to broader performance channels (email, SMS, affiliate)

→ Experience implementing and QA’ing advanced tracking across platforms

→ Experience in creative analysis, concept testing, and briefing high-performance assets

→ Strong copywriting instincts, particularly for hooks and offer communication

→ A working knowledge of CRO principles and customer decision psychology

→ Strong internal prioritisation instincts - understands urgency vs importance and acts decisively

→ Experience managing concurrent projects while maintaining QA discipline and delivering consistent outcomes
